VERBIER LANGUAGE SCHOOL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Below are Terms and Conditions for Verbier Language School and VLS on the piste. We recommend that anyone who makes a booking with us reads through the terms and conditions, and if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.
When booking, a deposit of 50% of the fees must be paid; we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, TWINT, bank transfer or cash. The full amount due must be paid prior to the start of the lesson.
Verbier Language School and VLS on the piste reserve the right to refuse any client if payment has not been made in full prior to the start of the lesson.
When making an international bank transfer any additional bank transfer charges must be added to the full amount.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION FEES
For any changes or cancellation within 48 hours or less of the lesson, the client will be charged 100% of the fees due.
For any changes or cancellation within 15 days of the lesson, the client will be charged 50% of the fees due.
If you are unable to attend a class, you will only be reimbursed in exceptional circumstances. If you have paid in advance for immersion and intensive classes and are unable to attend for any reason, 75.- will be charged for administrative costs.
Verbier Language School reserves the right to cancel and refund any group lesson if there are not enough students registered to attend the class.
Verbier Language School and VLS on the piste will not be liable for adverse weather conditions, breakdowns of mechanical installations or any other incidents beyond the company’s control; 100% of the fees due will be charged. Verbier Language School and VLS on the piste will also charge the full amount due for lessons cancelled in the event of accident or illness of the client.
Verbier Language School and VLS on the piste does not accept any liability for accidents. Clients are required to be insured for third party liability and to arrange a policy that provides for personal, medical, rescue and holiday cancellation insurance. Verbier Language School and VLS on the piste do not insure clients of the school.
Lift passes are not included in the price of the lessons.
Teachers and ski instructors will wait 15 minutes for clients. Unless a call has been made to the office or the instructor within this time, the client will forfeit the lesson.
